Stable View Cottages is owned and operated by Troy & Valerie Mellema. They have been residents of Lake Fork since 2009.

Stable View Cottages is located conveniently off Hwy. 154 just south of Yantis. The cottages are just a three minute drive to the public boat ramp on Hwy. 154 and close. to the Minnow Bucket and Oak Ridge Marina. The private boat ramp at Hideaway Harbor in Little Caney Cove is also just 10 minutes away, as is the golf course, the Links at Land’s End. Lake Fork Marina is approximately 15 minutes away. There is also another public boat ramp just 10 minutes away on FM 515 towards Winnsboro.
